Return Policy:
- Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If you choose not to exchange the item, return shipping costs to our warehouse will be covered by the customer.
- For exchanges, any re-shipping costs for the new item will be covered by the customer.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that free shipping applies to the initial delivery only.
Process:

- We will provide a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
