REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@homies-official.com.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions along with a return shipping label.
- For returns without exchange requests, the return shipping cost will be at the customer's expense.
- Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. Contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will promptly evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are ineligible for returns, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Note: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES
The quickest way to get a replacement item is to:
- Return the item you currently have following the standard return process.
- Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the desired item.
Please note that the re-shipping cost for exchanges will be at the customer’s expense.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Conditions for EU returns:
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
